How do I get push notifications for train changes?
Pin a service from the departure board. You'll receive notifications if your train is cancelled, delayed, or has a platform change.
Why aren't push notifications working?
Check that notifications are enabled for Train Badger in iOS Settings > Notifications. Make sure you're signed in and have pinned at least one service.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings in the app and tap "Delete Account". This permanently removes your account and all associated data. You can also email us to request deletion.
Where does the train data come from?
Train departure data comes from National Rail's Darwin system, the same source used by official station departure boards.
The app is showing incorrect times. What should I do?
The data comes directly from National Rail. If times appear incorrect, they may be reflecting real-time changes from the operator. Try refreshing. If the issue persists, contact us.
