- How do I get push notifications for train changes?
- Pin a service from the departure board. You'll receive notifications if your train is cancelled, delayed, or has a platform change.
- Why aren't push notifications working?
- Check that notifications are enabled for Train Badger in iOS Settings > Notifications. Make sure you're signed in and have pinned at least one service.
- How do I delete my account?
- Go to Settings in the app and tap "Delete Account". This permanently removes your account and all associated data. You can also email us to request deletion.
- Where does the train data come from?
- Train departure data comes from National Rail's Darwin system, the same source used by official station departure boards.
- The app is showing incorrect times. What should I do?
- The data comes directly from National Rail. If times appear incorrect, they may be reflecting real-time changes from the operator. Try refreshing. If the issue persists, contact us.
